From the Sapphire Coast to Vivid Sydney.
We were thrilled to represent Sapphire Coast Oysters at Oysters in the House, a special Vivid Sydney event held at Shell House in the heart of Sydney.
The one-day festival brought together oyster farmers from across the NSW coastline to showcase the unique flavours of Sydney Rock Oysters alongside some of the state’s leading Semillon producers. Guests moved through the different levels of Shell House, meeting the farmers, tasting freshly shucked oysters and enjoying wine tastings, masterclasses and live shucking demonstrations.

More than 8,000 oysters from 14 NSW oyster farmers were freshly shucked during the sold-out event, accompanied by 400 litres of Hunter Valley Semillon.
It was an incredible opportunity to share oysters grown in the pristine waters of the Sapphire Coast, tell the story behind our family farm and celebrate the people and places that make the NSW oyster industry so special.
